Position: Project/Business Dev Manager
Objectives
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of multiple concurrent projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Helps the company expand by identifying and developing new business opportunities for the organization.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Project Management
-
lead the planning and implementation of project
-
facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and develop full scale project plans
-
manage project budget and project resource allocation and coordinate project staff
-
track project deliverables using appropriate tools
-
constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
-
present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
-
implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs conduct project evaluations and assessment of results
Business Development
-
identify and qualify business sales opportunities
-
provide consultation services and information to clients to position company products and services and advise them on the best option based on their
needs
-
develop good business relationships with clients
-
receive, analyze and respond to business proposals from various stakeholders providing industry-specific solutions
-
analyze and explore business and market trends and stay updated about new technological developments taking place in the industry

manage client relationships
Education and Experience
-
bachelor's degree or master's degree in a business-related area or computer-related field
-
qualification in project management or equivalent including direct work experience in project management capacity
-
proficient in project management techniques and tools
-
proven experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
-
leadership and customer interaction experience
-
business development experience
-
demonstrated ability to seek out and find business opportunities

Experience in the following areas is a plus – Healthcare, Education, Payment Processing
