Sarinder is a veteran of the Revenue Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Process Outsourcing and Customer Service Industry with over 28 years of experience.
Sarinder spent over 13 years with American Airlines and SABRE supporting Mission Critical Business process for over 250 airlines using on-shore / off-shore resources.
As Senior Vice President at i2 Technologies, Inc., Sarinder spent 13 years establishing the Customer Support and Services organization to support fortune 500 companies worldwide from 13 locations. He was responsible for merging customer support for over 11 acquisitions and supporting i2’s growth. He was the General Manager for i2’s Supplier Relationship Management Business Unit and headed the Partner programs / Global Alliances.
Over the last 11 years, Sarinder has also been a member of the Leaders Program at University of Texas at SouthWestern (UTSW) Medical Center at Dallas promoting the Innovation in Medicine program which has raised over $770M for UTSW and Dallas Hospitals while establishing a $2B entity. He also serves on the board of AidMatrix and is a trustee of the i2 Foundation.
Sarinder holds a Masters degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Masters in Operations Research and Information Systems from the University of Texas.
