Sarinder Chhabra
Founder, President

Sarinder is a veteran of the Revenue Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Process Outsourcing and Customer Service Industry with over 28 years of experience.

Sarinder spent over 13 years with American Airlines and SABRE supporting Mission Critical Business process for over 250 airlines using on-shore / off-shore resources.

As Senior Vice President at i2 Technologies, Inc., Sarinder spent 13 years establishing the Customer Support and Services organization to support fortune 500 companies worldwide from 13 locations. He was responsible for merging customer support for over 11 acquisitions and supporting i2’s growth. He was the General Manager for i2’s Supplier Relationship Management Business Unit and headed the Partner programs / Global Alliances.

Over the last 11 years, Sarinder has also been a member of the Leaders Program at University of Texas at SouthWestern (UTSW) Medical Center at Dallas promoting the Innovation in Medicine program which has raised over $770M for UTSW and Dallas Hospitals while establishing a $2B entity. He also serves on the board of AidMatrix and is a trustee of the i2 Foundation.

Sarinder holds a Masters degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a Masters in Operations Research and Information Systems from the University of Texas.

Ramesh Raghunathan
Ph.D, Founder, Senior Vice President - Operations

Ramesh has over 14 years of experience in the enterprise software industry with a proven background in business development, sales, implementation services and customer support.

As a co-founder and business leader of Mediveda, Ramesh has consulted on projects focused on Consumer-driven Health Plan (CDH) administration, claims processing, and optimizing revenue cycle management.

Prior to that, Ramesh worked at Ramesh managed several Fortune 100 clients for i2 Technologies (acquired by the JDA Software Group), where he implemented supply chain process optimization services to uncover $100M in business value and that resulted in over $15M of new business for his company.

Ramesh also managed a 100+ people global customer support team covering over 600 customers worldwide. In this role, he successfully executed an outsourcing strategy to move business operations to India and reduced operating costs by over 50% without compromising customer satisfaction.

A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai, India, Ramesh received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida for his work on composite materials for defense applications.

Shiva Shenoy
Ph.D, Founder, Senior Vice President - Technology

Shiva has over 20 years of experience in the information technology industry with a strong background in IT architecture, software development, and systems integration.

As a co-founder and technology leader of MediVeda, Shiva has designed the architecture for an integration platform to support automated claims processing, patient information sharing between physician practice EMRs and large hospitals, and optimizing revenue cycle management.

Prior to that, as the Senior Director for Product Development with i2 Technologies (aquired by the JDA Software Group), Shiva was responsible for the global development and delivery of large scale retail planning and replenishment systems provided to leading retailers.

A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, Shiva received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Mathematics and Engineering from Iowa State University for his work on ultrasonic testing.
